What kind of jobs do you do? 

We handle moving, hauling, repairs, yard work, cleaning, event help, deliveries, and more. It's dependent on our crews' skills as well!

Paid crew members earn by the job or by the hour depending on the task. We agree on the rate before any work starts, and everyone gets paid once the job is done.

It’s simple. First, reach out — call, text, or fill out the form. We’ll ask a few quick questions to see how you’d like to help, whether you want to volunteer, join the crew for paid work, or sponsor a neighbor in need. Then, we make a plan — we talk it through, match you to the right project, and set things in motion. Finally, we stay in touch, keep it organized, and make sure your time and effort make a real difference.

We keep it simple. Pay It Forward funds free and reduced-cost jobs. Skill Swap trades time for time. Work or Serve brings people together—some volunteer, some paid—but all working toward the same goal: doing good work for good people.
